3M Naturals Institute was founded from a deep passion for natural hair care and a desire to address the lack of education in this field. With over 20 years of experience as a licensed cosmetology teacher and natural hair professional, our founder saw firsthand the impact that proper hair education can have on confidence and career opportunities. This vision inspired the creation of a space where culture, education, and empowerment come together.

The institute’s story is one of dedication and community commitment. It grew from volunteer efforts focused on teaching young Black women to embrace their natural hair, expanding into a full platform that offers both free workshops and professional training programs.
